During his early years as an attorney, Mr. DeVito worked as a defense attorney for one of the largest property and casualty liability insurance carriers in the country. As a defense attorney, he represented individuals and companies that were being sued for injuring others as a result of their negligent actions. It is during that time that Mr. DeVito gained valuable insight into how these types of cases are investigated, evaluated, defended and settled from the perspective of the insurance companies. Fortunately, Mr. DeVito has been able to utilize the knowledge and experience gained as a defense attorney to benefit hundreds of personal injury victims.
